Terms of Service and trade terms for purchasing AGV robots and forklifts from Zhenyu Robotics.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Zhenyu Robotics ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Orders

All product specifications, images, and descriptions are for reference only. We reserve the right to modify product designs and specifications without prior notice. A formal order is confirmed only after both parties sign a Proforma Invoice (PI).

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ varies by product model. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ requirements. Customized or OEM orders may have different MOQ terms.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are valid for 30 days from the quotation date. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and order quantity.

4. Payment Terms

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
• L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable L/C at sight acceptable for orders above 50,000 USD.
• Other payment methods: PayPal, Western Union for sample orders.

5. Trade Terms

We typically ship under the following Incoterms:

• EXW (Ex Works, our factory in Suzhou, China)
• FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo port)
• CIF (to your designated destination port)
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, available for select regions)

6. Lead Time & Delivery

Standard lead time is 15-30 working days after receiving deposit and confirming all details. Custom or OEM orders may require 30-60 days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (shipping delays, customs inspection, etc.).

7. Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes: misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper installation or operation.

8. Packaging & Shipping

Products are packed in standard export plywood cases or wooden pallets suitable for long-distance ocean freight. Shipping marks and labeling can be customized per customer requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of Zhenyu Robotics and protected by international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation or submitted to arbitration.
