What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our standard MOQ is 1 unit for sample orders. For bulk orders, we offer volume discounts. OEM/ODM projects start from 10 units.

What is the lead time for production?

Standard models: 7-15 working days. Custom OEM/ODM models: 20-35 working days. Large orders may require longer lead times.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for large orders, and PayPal for sample orders.

Do your products have CE certification?

Yes, all our electric forklifts and AGV products are CE certified. ISO 9001 quality management system certified.

What is the warranty period?

Standard warranty is 12 months from the date of shipment. Extended warranty up to 36 months is available on request.

Do you provide shipping to our country?

Yes, we export to 60+ countries worldwide. We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP shipping terms. Door-to-door delivery available.

Can you customize products with our brand logo?

Yes, OEM/ODM service is available. We can add your brand logo, custom colors, user manual and packaging.
